Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. Once dispatched, your order will be handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The delivery time of your package depends on its destination and other factors. Please find the estimated delivery times from the dispatch date for each region below:

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times or holidays, which are outside of our control. Additionally, international shipments may face customs delays, which could extend the delivery time beyond the estimates above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are correct and complete at checkout. If there are any issues with your address, our customer support team will reach out within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact@midiona.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that we can make adjustments after this period.
Delayed Delivery:

However, please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, transportation issues, or courier delays. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.
Additionally, other issues like product availability, address verification, or payment processing could cause delays. If any of these affect your order, we will notify you promptly.
Please note that MIDIONA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will always keep you updated and assist you in resolving any issues that arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. In case your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@midiona.com, and we will assist you as much as possible.
We recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. They will require specific information from you to process the claim. We will also follow up with the courier company on your behalf and provide updates.
Please note, MIDIONA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. However, we will assist in resolving the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found.
If the courier company cannot locate the package, we advise you to file a police report.
