Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and results of our products. For the best experience, we recommend using them for at least 14 days. If you are still unsatisfied after this period, you can return the items within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take extra care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged (i.e., with a defect or physically broken), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.
To report a damaged item, please email us at contact@midiona.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors during shipping. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of your order, we will not be able to resend the package or provide a refund.
